About the Project

Despite the client’s minimal budget, careful and considered planning meant that no compromises were needed when it came to the style, the design and the quality of materials used on this project. Details included cladding crafted in red cedar, a proprietary K-Rend system, and a metal formed, standing seam zinc roof. Further challenging elements of the project build were also successfully overcome, such as limited access to the site, as well as the restrictive site space and its topography.

Testimonials

  • "After employing Clayton Lyon to design and build 5 houses for me, I can only congratulate them in achieving a fantastic project within the budget set. They worked well alongside the Architect, Tom Gresford. They provided very good communication, which was essential as I live in New York. Clayton proved himself very trustworthy both financially and with his work ethics. I would definitely use this company on my next project and recommend them to everyone. Well done Clayton Lyon."
